Pega 8.3.4 - Oracle Connection -PRPC utils Support Oracle wallet
Does prpcUtils.sh in 116848_Pega8.34.zip support using oracle wallet to connect oracle 19c via jdbc? If yes, how to configurate in prpcUtils.properties

Hello - I believe it should do, although i haven't tested it. You should be able to configure it in the same way you would setupDatabase.properties file for PEGA Install. Please try the steps below and see.
Within the prpcUtils.properties file do the following, ensure you change the values to match your environment:
Set pega.jdbc.url= to the following:
pega.jdbc.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCPS)(HOST=<HOST>)(PORT=2484))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVER=DEDICATED)(SERVICE_NAME=<SERVICENAME>)))
Set custom.jvm.args= to the following:
custom.jvm.args=-Xms4096m -Xmx4096m -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=1024m -XX:+UseG1GC -Djava.awt.headless=true -Dpega.logdir=/opt/pega/logs -Duser.home=/opt/pega/conf -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore='/location/of/the/truststore.jks' -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType='JKS' -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword='password' -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStore='/location/of/the/keystore.jks' -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStoreType='JKS' -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStorePassword='password' -Doracle.net.ssl_server_dn_match='true'
