Pega 7.4 installation failed due to this error 'cscript' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

Hi Team,

I am trying to install Pega 7.4 Personal edition, getting error 'cscript'. is not recognized as an internal or external command.

Please help me on this to resolve installation problem.

Please find the attached log file.

Hi Kiran,

Can you check whether JAVA_HOME and ANT_HOME are set in the system variables of the system where you are running the installable?  You may also required to set  c:\windows\system32\cscript.exe" in system environment variables ( kindly check appropriate location of csript in ur system folder)
