Pega 7.4 DateTime control don't display value in operator's local Timezone
Date Time control is not displaying DateTime value in operator's local timezone format when including in Dynamic layout.
However, the DateTime control displays DateTime property value in operator's local Timezone if the control is used in Freeform layout or Table grid layout.
It would be of great help if anyone share their knowledge on this issue.

NEVER use any of the 3 char long timezone (e.g. JST). Switch your timezone of your user profile (or profile of whichever user sees this issue) to STANDARD timezone (e.g. Asia/Tokyo). This should solve the issue for you.

Hi,
You can also create a custom format or use any existing OOTB formats by editing the date-time control in dynamic layout and check if it helps.

Hi Sensharma,
Thank you for your response. Yes, the issue is resolved when we set the Timezone to Japan. I couldn't understand why JST Timezone works for FreeForm but not for Dynamic layout DateTime control
