In Pega 6.3 (WAS/ORACLE) the prmbeans,properties, prconfig.xml and prlogging.xml files were externalized by creating url providers (sample below). I do not see these instructions for 7.1.9; is that correct?
- Sample instructions for externalizing the three files.
- a. From the URLs page, click NEW again to return to the configuration page
- NAME: PegaTempDir
- JNDI name: url/initialization/explicittempdir
- Specification: file:///amp/apps/wspega02/properties/explicitTempDir
- Click OK and then save
- b. From the URLs page, click New again to return to the configuration page
- NAME: PRLoggingConfig
- JNDI name: url/pegarules.logging.configuration
- Specification: file:///amp/apps/wspega02/properties/prlogging.xml
- Click OK and then save
- c. From the URLs page, click NEW again to return to the configuration page
- NAME: PRMBeanSecurity
- JNDI name: url/prmbeans.security
- Specification: file:///amp/apps/wspega02/properties/prmbeans.properties
- Click OK and then save
