User Provisioning is failing due to the below error message:
An internal error has occurred; error msg:Error: You lack access required to execute RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY DATA-ADMIN- LOOKUPLIST #20100430T144838.925 GMT.
Can you please assist with this?

There is a hot fix available for 6.1 SP2 that should address the issue for you. HFix-5772 modifies the TriggerCheckCache activity to call the @baseclass LookupList activity, which does not require authentication.
