Problem solved:

Change "setenv" batch file in Tomcat/bin

Set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVE_OPTS% -DNodeType=Universal

All is working now!

You should have  one node type(-DNodeType) as DDS ,how many nodes you have in the environment .

What are all the node types you have configured.

I use the personal edition 8.4 on Windows 10 with one node. The DDS node does not show even the setting seems to be correct. I have a node in Streams.
