PDN User Account update
Hi
I've just changed companies so I want to change my PDN User Account email. Is it as simple as updating the Professional Email field on the User Account page?

Thank you for posting on PSC. I've never tried this but I suspect that you will have to request the PDN team to change that for you.
Please click the feedback button on the right pane of your browser window to submit this change request.

I followed these instructions and have been waiting for a reply for 7 days.
I also requested a download of Pega personal edition, I was copied in an email from Pega asking the tech team to action it. That was 4 weeks ago.
Is there any other way to get these 2 requests actioned?
