Pausing SLA deadline time for infinite time
Hi,
I have a requirement of pausing the Work object SLA deadline time for infinite time. Depending upon the time taken by the user to respond back on the work object.
Say, the actual deadline time is 5 hours , after 2 hours user's action is required.So,untill user does not revert SLA must be stop. Now when user completes the required action,from this point onwards SLA deadline time should start calculating again (for remaning 3 hours )
