The question is the same as raised in BUG-490934

We have now migrated to Pega 8.7.3 but are still facing the signature issue when using parapets.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open an activity and make sure it has some parameters defined

- Save the activity (it will go through CheckForParapetWarning activity )

- Try calling this activity from another activity and you won't see the parameters. 

This causes confusion to developers and forces us to deactivate parapet. 

I see in the bug page a comment saying that this would be ficed in Pega 8.4 but it doesn't seem to be the case.
