Paragrah table rule not wrapping text

Currently working on displaying a paragraph rule section in a PDF. However the property is not wrapping text when the PDF is generated. How can I get the wrapped text to display in the PDF. The wrapped text option is checked in the paragraph rule as well as the section in the UI.

Hi, can you confirm if the issue is happening in IE only? If so, that might be a flex layout issue in which case, pl change the layout mode and see if the issue resolves. Please let us know it goes. Thanks!
