Outlook (Office 365, locally installed) crashes while using Pega Robotics v19.1
Hello,
We currently have an issue that Microsoft Outlook randomly crashes while using Pega Robotics.
We have installed the Office 2016 ( option while installing Pega Robotics Runtime). This has worked for years now, but we saw the first crashes early this summer.
I am wondering if we still need to install the office 2016 files in order to use the local office installation of office 365?
I'm also trying to find any recent documents/guides on supported integration, but I am having a hard time finding information about recent changes or anything.
Regards,
Niels Lewerissa
@NielsLThe DLLs we use for the various modern Office versions are all the same. It sounds like you have some other issue that needs to be investigated by support. If you truly want to install Pega Robotics with support for Office 365, you may re-install it and select the "Office 2019" option from the installer, however this should not produce any different results as the 2016 and 2019 DLLs we use are identical. I would suggest opening a support request and we can take a look at your machines to see if there is anything we might be able to identify as a cause from Pega Robotics.
