Organization Structure in Pega supports 3 levels.How Pega handles the Org Structure if there are more than 3 levels

Organization Structure in Pega supports 3 levels- Org,Div,Unit. How does Pega handle the Org Structure if there are more than 3 levels ,say an Organization has Org,Division,SubDivision,SubSubDivision,Unit levels.

In such cases how Pega maps the Organization structure.

Hi,

You can not have subdivision under a Division, but you can have the SubUnits under Units with multiple levels. This can be configured by configuring the "Reporting To" field on the Unit rule form (Org Unit). This will be reflected on Organization chart.
