How to model partner's organization in tiered structure?

According to Pega Sales Automation product manual, there is capability of modeling partner (e.g. distributor or sales agency) organization in tiered structure, like customer organization and account in hierarchy structure.

However, how to do it? I can not find any feature or property of partner in Pega Sales Automation to realize this capability. Please anyone knew or had similar experience to help me implement partner management in Pega.

Still not get right answer to resolve my question, did anyone know how to implement "partners" organization in hierarchy structure with Pega Sales Automation?  Compared to other CRM packages, "partner management" feature of Pega SA seems very very limited.
