Oracle 12.2.0.1 database compatibility with Pega platform v7.3.1

As per Pega Platform Support guide, Oracle 12c is supported database for Pega 7.3.1

Please suggest if both R1 and R2 of Oracle 12c is supported by this version. We are predominantly interested to understand if Oracle Proprietary information hidden is a supported version for Pega 7.3.1
