Operator doesn't even have atleast one session, hence failing to replace - Impacting Exceptions.

Hi Everyone,

High thread counts have been observed in the production JVM impacting the end users. Below mentioned exception has been observed predominantly.

2021-10-11 00:49:21,622 [xxx-exec-5] [  STANDARD] [                    ] [mCSNCCSuper:01.01.01] (ence.PresenceDataProcessorImpl) ERROR  srcGBDCompassMon - Operator doesn't even have atleast one session, hence failing to replace

Is this related to Operator Presence feature ? 

Please suggest.
