Openspan ASO manager dialog not showing

Hi All,

I am using below method to display ASO dialog if the credential is not set.

GC_Compass.asoManager1.ShowCredentialDialog() 

Same code works in other users machine. but for 2 of the user the dialog does not appear.

Did anyone face similar issue, Any help would be appreciated.
