Open Binary file in pop up
We have requirement to open Binary file as pop up instead of saving to local system and open it.
Any suggestions on this requirement much appreciated.

If the binary file is an image, on a button or the UI element you need, configure an action set like this
Local action is a flow action , configure a flowaction with a section as below and Template Name would be default pzModalTemplate which can be customized if you need.
in that section insert an image with sorce of binary file.If you want this source dynamically set somewhere, use a Data Transform in the preprocessing of flow action and set some property value with source link and use this property as a source to the image.
This will open the binary in a popup. Hope this helps.

In my scenario, I needs to open pdf Binary file in pop up window. As pdf Binary file does not have image, this approach is not helpful for me.

Run OOTB activity pzViewPDF which takes ApplicationName and pdfName as parameters and displays the pdf file.
You can configure this in the actionset actions with onclick event.
Example : applicationName : webwb(folderName) and pdfName : pzComponentExampleDoc

@KishoreYagnamurthy pzViewPDF should be present, "Preference --> Enable diagnostic features" to search the activity
