OOTB way of getting files from FTP/SFTP?

Does anyone know of an OOTB way of getting files from FTP/SFTP without writing any java code? Our Client has files in AWS S3 buckets and they would be able to open an SFTP endpoint for this data exchange

Additional points to the question -

The data size could be big, we are in Pega Cloud and we found the Pega Cloud SFTP Service which supports file exchanges between an enterprise and Pega applications through some Repository API invocation. 

Is this the recommended solution for the question specially if the application is in Cloud Environment?  Is there any other option suitable in this context.
