One of the parallel task with in the split join got stuck and it is disappeared for a particular instance...

Hi everyone,

One of the parallel task with in the split join got stuck and it is disappeared for a particular instance. Hence the whole pending task for the instance is not available. Then we find the parallel task in the action tab of the main (paranet instance) and did repair assignment for the particular parallel task.

After the fix the flow become active. Could anyone please tell me what could be the root cause for this scenario?
