OMC account inactive each day

Hi,

I am having issues with the OMC portal. I can connect perfectly fine through Visual studio to deploy however every time I try via web portal I get an error. If my password is reset by an admin i can log in for the day but again the following day it blocks me again.

In the web portal, under Organization, find your account. Double-click your User and under the first tab, the Active checkbox is checked?
