OCR.os loaded with error
Hello, Pega community I have an issue with OCR. I had a working solution, and then I decided to download and instal the new version of Pega Robotic Studio. I did it, but now when I started my solution and an error occurs: "Type OpenSpan.Unitls.AbbyyHelper + Scan language not found". I added "Type OpenSpan.Unitls", but still the problem exists. Any hint/advise?

Did you install OCR Essentials with the new version? If so, then it may also be that the references have changed between versions and you need to update them. If that is the case, then adding a second instance of the component to your automation would add the required references.

Thank you for reply Tomas Sasnett. Yes, I have installed OCR Essential, but I have not tried with the components that refer to the automation. That will be my next step.
