Error Loading Project - Multiple projects being loaded
While trying to launch the Automation, the BOT is throwing the following error: where it says " Configuration Text has been previously loaded and does not match the configuration xml for this project."

Hi,
If you changed interaction.xml recently, please double check there is no syntax errors and xml tags are properly closed.
Please also make sure all projects within solution are pointing to same Interaction.xml file (you can check it in project properties):
If everything looks correct, then open all global containers, containing components that uses interactions.xml (activities, global dictionary, interaction manager), make some change for each global container (for example, add and remove string variable), save all and rebuild the solution.

If you're working through the "Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials" Course, the instructions are a little unclear here. You're supposed to reference the "Interaction.xml" file in the "TrainingCertification\Main-UI" directory for all of the "IntMgr" controls in "_CRM_GC.os", "_Main_GC.os", and "_ACME_GC.os". It's not 3 separate "Interaction.xml" files, only one.
