Number of copies the users use
Hi,
Do we have to consider the number of copies of an application the users use while performing Application Discovery for Pega Robotics solutions?

It is a good idea. If you need to automate an application and that application has to be launched twice, you need to;
1. Make sure that the application can actually be launched twice.
2. Make sure that you are able to match the correct instance and discern it from the other instance.

Remember that unless you specifically enable UseKeys, only the first instance of a control will match. If that control is the main form of an application and UseKeys is false then you will only be able to work with the first instance of the application.
UseKeys at an application level introduces complexity into your solution. At app discovery this should be considered since it can be difficult to add this later on without making large changes to your solution.
