Not Received Pega CSA certificate
I passed pega certifiction exam on 24 January 2023 with 82%. Its been 1 month now that I haven't received passing certificate. When can I expect my certificate. Please inform me. Please find attached scorecard.

@PrachiteeS Hi Prachitee,
As noted in the Pega Academy FAQs, you must have an active Pega account. The email address associated with your Pearson VUE certification is in a MustConfirm status.
Follow the guidance in the FAQs for what to do if you have not confirmed the email address.

@eddie.jm I have updated E-mail ID in Personvue account same as that of Pega academy account.
Still certificate is not yet generated. Where can I see this "MustConfirm status" in profile. Also followed the process shared in the FAQ. Kindly guide me in this.
