Not able to start my free trial - Receiving the following error

Hello,

I am not able to start my free trial of ro days. When I am clicking the Pega7 trial link on the confirmation email I am getting the following error.

The request did not go through. You might not be a valid user on this system. Please use Platform Trial to signup for your personal trial.

Kindly do the needful.
