Not able to send an email to work parties with cc
I have a scenario where there are two work parties (x,y)..need to send mail to x keeping y in cc..tryig to send with corrNew activity but not getting success.Could you please help on these.

Hi Praveen,
I was reviewing similar case reported and below was the update from SME. Let us see what is the opinion on this from other floks who is expertise on this area.
Currently we are not supporting cc option for email address option. Customer can have a utility and call corrNew activity to provide cc contacts.

Can you please change the sendnow parameter value to true in corrNew activity and try to run the activity again.

Hi Praveen,
Please check the PartyRole, SendNow(true), To_PartyRoles parameters properly; also check the correspondence rule, the 'After create' is set as 'Send'. If all of these are fine you can check the status(or exception details if it is failing) of sendCorr agent in SMA.
