Not able to search my Pega CSA certificate of previous organization

Hi ,

I have given CSA 7.2 in the year 2017 ,when i was working in TechMahindra.But now i am in different organization and i am not able to track my CSA certificate.

We have to submit our certificates at the earliest.Kindly could you help me out to get my certificates.

I have already mailed to [email protected] to get my certificate too.
