@swathib5076 You can follow the below steps:

1.  Create a property of type embedded data (list of records).
2.  Add this property onto the view.
3.  Edit the field, here you will be able to find the option to choose editable mode and also display it as a table. When you scroll down, you will see the options to restrict the operations that the user can perform on the table.

Create one page list property and In View add that Page list property and configured as Embedded Data and Select the mode as Editable and also add the rows editable and add rows like those options need to select. So that the table will allow you to add the records into that table.
