Hi @ShreyasiR16826063 in view of your question just wanted to let you know that screen flows are designed to be completed by a single user and hence configurations on individual assignment level are restricted. In order to route a screen flow assignment to a skilled operator you need to create a custom route activity to check the user's skillset from pySkillName in pySkills list in Operator ID page. You can pass the desired skill as the parameter to the activity in order to verify the operator skill. Alternatively you can always use the OOTB activity ToSkilledGroup, which accepts workgroup name as a parameter to fetch the skilled operator.

Another approach can be to circumstance the screen flow based on different skills and you can launch those different screen flows for different skilled operators. Again the logic of circumstancing the rule will be same as above based on operator skills.

Depending upon the exact business requirement you can implement either of the two approaches.
