Non Expiring Password for Service Operators in PEGA 8.4

Dear Members,

We have password policy set for environment however we have certain service operator where we don't these policies of password expiration. 

Is there any way we can make change the operator password to non - expiring?

Are you using custom authentication or Pega's inbuilt authentication?

Also, What is value configured in security policy for the below setting?

Maximum operator password age in days
