Node level read only data page not refreshing as per refresh strategy. What could be the root cause.
Hi,
Node level read only data page not refreshing as per refresh strategy.
We have 10 hours refresh strategy for the data page and using this data page in a Queue processor activity running in 3 stream nodes.
Any idea what could be reason for data page not being refreshed.

@nagavenkatan5018Could you please check if Access group mentioned in the Data page has access to the latest data page?

The data Page has Administrator Access group and this data page is created in Enterprise Application layer.
Will check about this around access.

Try adding the first step of your queue processor activity to remove the Dpage.

Ya its a solution we know we can clear data page before we queue the item for Queue Processor.
My Question is why data page is not getting refreshed.

I am facing similar issue when the data page is referenced from queue processor activity.
Did you find root cause of this issue or received any update from Pega?
