There is no need to set the specific not for a datapage set to node level. Each node in the cluster can have an instance of that datapage depending if it was referenced in runtime on that specific node.

So each node will have its own instance of that datapage.

For a datapage if you define the scope as Node-level, that datapage is accessible to all the nodes within the Server. We cannot restrict the Datapage to be accessed only to particular node. You can change the scope of it to requestor level and use it, so that it will be accessed and available to requestors level.
