No option available to provide condition for action execution on Menu Navigation rule action sets

I have a menu navigation rule and on Menu navigation item action sets, have to multiple actions like

1. Launch Local Action in modal dialog

2. Run Data transform

3. Refresh Other Section

4. Run Script

I need to execute Run Script step on special condition. But I am unable to see any option to provide condition.

We are using Pega 8.8.3.

Is this capability not available?

normal button actions do have an option to provide when condition on action.
