I followed the step outline in the following post: Contact policies - adding more tracking statues in contact policies | Support Center (pega.com) Adding a new Field Value. However I am not seeing the desired result, with the contact policy not correctly excluding customers. Are there additional steps other than adding the field value required to implement this?
