Need to update the system name of an app
We have used a custom systemname say tempapp1 and have rules created and imported. Now we would like to update the systemname to realapp but still be able to access the application and the rules as is.
Do we have a documented process on how we could do that ?

I followed the steps in the link and this doesn't allow the users of the apps with the current system name to access them.
I'm looking for a process where the end users are not impacted by this system name change.

Hi Team,
Have you tried changing name on the system from PRPC and restarting the system because until system restart we will not able to see the change.

Hi Srinivas,
I wouldn't expect updating the system name to prevent access to applications. Can you please elaborate on the behavior, with screenshots if possible, to describe what you're not able to access after changing the system name?
