There were two work objects raised at the same time - entity A and entity B. Currently, the team is working on entity A but the update we're receiving is for entity B. We will need an assistance to check if this issue was encountered in the past.
In relation, there are two concurrent threads that are working on two different entities but the update for entity A reflected in entity B.
Also, does the support team need to raise a ticket for possible fix? Please advise.
