Need Root cause analysis Help - BLOCKER ISSUE java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError in our application - Tomcat Restart fixed

Need help to identify the root cause of the issue. We had this error throwing up when
1. Some users logs in
2. Users work on some assignments.
Its not consistant as some users are able to login, some users were able to work on assignments ... We did tomcat restart on our nodes and it worked. We need help in identifying the root cause. Attaching the screen shot of error thrown and also the logs ( open in notepad ++).
any help is appreciated.

Hi Arvind,
In the shared log file noticed the below error,
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pega/pegarules/session/internal/engineinterface/etier/engine/PRDiagnosticStream
This issue has been arised due to the restrictions were imposed using the Java2 security as explained below,

1. How tomcat restart worked?
2. Why other applications on diff nodes were not affected?

Hi Arvind,
The shared articles explains about the restrictions imposed on the java2 security and i am not sure how the restart of the server resolved your issue. If you face the issue again kindly let us know for our further investigation.
