Need Help to Start with Virtual Assistant

Hi All

I aspire to execute a Small POC with Virtual Assistant. I will like to use Pega 7.3 Personal Edition. I will like to know the following

  • Is it possible to Connect Personal Edition with a Pega Virtual Assistant
  • Do I have to Install some package for Pega Virtual Assistant and from where I can get it
  • Do we have any documents avilable to make the connection and do the development?

Hi Pritam, as long as your platform instance is connected to public network (not VPN), Virtual assistant will work. 

You need to acquire FacebookChannel component from Pega exchange and install on your system, then add FacebookChannel ruleset to your application.

Yes, plenty of documents on PDN and platform help. It is exciting new technology, I'd suggest you go through documentation on PDN first. Start here
