Need Gelp to Start Learning Business Architect Essentials 8.

I am trying to access to a Business Architect 8 course, and once I click on Start Learning a message indicating "Please make sure pop up is off for this site appears. It is important to mention that the in my privacy setting pop up are off.

I would appreciate your help.

This is usually a caching issue.  I would recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out of all current Academy sessions
  2. Close all active browser tabs/windows based on the browser used in Step 1
  3. Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  4. Restart browser and try again
  5. If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and attempt to replicate the issue.
