Need a document showing latest Disaster Recovery Test by Pega

As part of Disaster Recovery Process, we are following up with our vendors to provide artifacts that they completed Disaster Recovery

 

Last year I was given access to DataSite to download a specific document that showed that Pega had completed Disaster recovery, but I don't see a file there now
