Need Detailed Documentation of integration Pega Appointments in SalesAutomtaion to O365 calendar

We are using Pegasales automation. We need a detailed documentation of how to integrate pega with outlook calenar.

Configure OAuth 2.0 in Pega using the Azure tenant's authorization and token URLs, along with the app's client ID and secret. Set up REST connectors in Pega for Microsoft Graph API to handle calendar operations like creating, updating, and deleting events. Map Pega appointment fields to O365 calendar fields and create data pages for synchronization. Enable appointment sync in Pega Sales Automation and configure the sync frequency. Test the integration by creating appointments in Pega and verifying their reflection in O365. Deploy the setup to production and monitor API calls and errors regularly. @Sairohith Thanks for the brief explanation. We need Bi-Directional sync between pega & O365. Right now I'm looking options with the EWS exchange method. Will it be possible to do Bi-directional sync using the Graph API.
Do you aware of the calendar/events sync method in your implementation ?
I need both the way to push the calendar/events from the pega as well as Pega should fetch all the events of the user from the O365.

@MatheswaranRaviYes, bi-directional sync is possible using the Microsoft Graph API. You can fetch all events from O365 using the GET /me/calendar/events endpoint and push events from Pega to O365 using the POST /me/calendar/events endpoint. Updates can be handled with the PATCH method, and you can delete events using the DELETE method. To detect changes in O365 calendars in real time, you can use the Microsoft Graph Subscription API to set up notifications. For bi-directional sync, Pega can maintain a mapping of events and use timestamps or unique IDs to track updates in both systems, resolving conflicts if needed. While EWS is an option, Microsoft recommends the Graph API as it’s more modern and well-supported. Let me know if you’d like any more details. thanks
