I set up the Outlook calendar synchronization on our Pega Sales Automation application (built on Pega PRPC 7.3.0) following these guidelines:

The integration is using an impersonation account on the Exchange (v.2010) which has full access to all our users mailboxes. The solution is working on our test environment but our security office has concerns about deploying this solution in our production environment because of the impersonation account having full access to users mailboxes (and not just to the calendar).
Is there a way to synchronize Pega Sales Automation Calendar with an Exchange calendar without using an impersonation account?
