My main problem with pega i can't find the feature that i need can anyone help ?
Here is the list of features that I need to build my Workflow:
1- the ability to auto-create cases for example people send their feedback from different platforms Instagram, Twitter, email, etc. does pega have the ability to collect all of them and make cases with the cases being tagged with where it is from, so we can do our work better?
2- Can we respond from Pega itself? what I mean is when the case is created someone tags it with what the feedback is about so the correct feedback goes to the right team, and then how can we respond to the person who sends their feedback from social media? so my question how can we respond to people from different platforms? is it from inside Pega or do we need to answer their feedback directly from the platform?
If these features are available where can I learn so I can make the workflow?
