Multi Country Business Calendars
Has anybody ever implemented an application that spans multiple countries, all running on the same instance? I am building a Smart Dispute implementation that will be used by 6 countries. For instances where I determine business days using the @addDays() function, I have the ability to get/set the calendar (ex: USDefault or CADefault), so those are less of a concern. In cases where an SLA uses a business calendar, or some other rule runs on business days, I don't have that luxury.
Any suggestions on how to properly determine business days (specifically system driven, and out of box determined business days) would be appreciated.

I don't think there is OOTB option available, but we can handle as below.
To use business calendar settings for SLA
1) configure the SLA rule goal and dead lines based on the date time property.
2) Date time property value can be set based on the @addDays() function
Other way, define the calendar while creating a work object. You can set pyCalendar value in Work object DT.
