MSOGenerateExcelFile is not downloading excl file rather it is downloading windows file

Hello Everyone,

On click of a button i have mentioned the event "Refresh this Section" in which i have called my Activity which generates the Excel using the MSOGenerateExcelFile. but when i run the flow I am able to download the file but it is not in Excel format. what may the reason for it?

Note: I have uploaded the .xlsx excel doc in binay file. Referred the binary file on MSOGenerateExcelFile Activity.
