MQJE001: Completion Code '2', Reason '2400'

Hi,

 

Test connectivity of an MQ server results in receiving message:

MQJE001: Completion Code '2', Reason '2400'. - Unsupported CipherSuite: 1. Check the CipherSuite specified by the application. 2. Check that JSSE is correctly installed.

 

Does anyone know how to check what JSSE is installed and if it is installed correct when using Tomcat as application server?

Also upgrading or installing JSSE will that make Non-Matching ciphersuites matching?

Try this JVM argument and restart your server.

-Dcom.ibm.mq.cfg.useIBMCipherMappings=false

 

Also, you should make sure that 'MQ cipher suite' that you selected in MQ Server rule is supported by MQ client.
