Modifying PRSOAPServlet name
If web.xml is modified to change the URL Mapping for PRSOAPServlet, should pega automatically pick up this change on restart? Or does a setting need to be made to specify the new URL?
The issue is that after changing PRSOAPServlet to a custom alternative, when saving a service package the WSDL still uses PRSOAPServlet in the service address location.

Reviewing the Deploy activity on the class Rule-Service-SOAP, at design time, the PRSOAPServlet is hard-coded (step 3 of the activity). My guess is that if you replace PRSOAPServlet with the custom name, it should work at runtime, can you confirm that?

Looks like PRSOAPServlet is hardcoded in the code that generates the WSDL URL. Please raise an SR to analyze this further.

1.Yes Pega will pick up the changes in web.xml on restart.
2. Even though a custom servlet name is used and the servlet PRSOAPServlet is hardcoded , replacing them will the custom name should be sufficient and should work at runtime.

Thanks all. We'll be sticking with the default to prevent future issues. I'll modify the Deploy activity if a change is needed.
