Modify Pega Documents

For my client, we frequently must generate two documents:

  • Sprint Status- from Agile Studio
  • Specification Document- from Designer Studio

We have a lot of modifying to do to the docs after generating them, mostly verbiage change, ie Change

"Prepared by Pegasystems for MyCo" to my clients actual name.

My question, are there any suggestions on best practices for modify these docs? I will look through to see how it works on the back end, but if others have done this before, it'll save a lot of time.

To clarify, I am speaking about modifying the rules used to generate the doc. Ill like to have the doc generated the way we want it to look.

Hello,

I have never done this myself, but I think you're on the right track. You should be able to trace the generation of the document to see what rules are involved and then customize them to provide you a document that requires less manual massaging.
