Model is not learning after we upload the response in the ADM Management
Hi,
We have requirement to upload the response on the model through Adaptive Models Management page, after we upload we didnt see any learning from the model.
Did anyone faced this kind of issue and how to update those model?

Have you checked the hints & tips from the general ADM troubleshooting doc on PDN? https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/general-tips-troubleshooting-adaptive-models
If you have, can you give more specifics?

Can you be more specific? What do you, for example, see in the "last responses" in the ADM mgmt page. Have you verified that the outcomes do match the model definition exactly?
BTW I would recommend using a data flow to initialize ADM models - if you need to do that at all (what's the reason you want to pre-train them?) - there's a nice how to on PDN.

Hi Otto,
Yes, we see the "Last response" on the ADM mgmt page. But when we see the Adaptive models positives, negatives its not updating properly.
Models are not getting trained automatically.

As I mentioned before, without some more information it's difficult to help here. Pega Academy has a nice course on Adaptive Decisioning: https://academy.pega.com/library/72/implementing-adaptive-decisioning. Please make sure to check that out then see if the troubleshooting doc mentioned earlier provides any hints.
You say "we see the Last response" - but what do you see? Does it show that models are updated?
What do you mean by "...when we see the Adaptive models positives, negatives its not updating properly..."?
Are you now using a data flow to pre-train the models, as suggested, or are you using the upload wizard?
