Modal dialog pop up customization to get x icon
Product : Pegarules 8.2.1
In the application we some unhandled exception occurs (not known where ) due to which the modal template with blue screen is displayed .
for one of scenario ,the modal template was found (using the f12 after it appeared) as pyModalTemplate from @ baseclass.
This was customised to call a html with close icon.
Scnerio 2 : in some scenarios , the modal pop up is called which is pzDisplayModalDialog from Pega UI design @ basedclass (This is FINAL rule)
do we know what instances this is called ? why the pyModaltemplate is not called ?

One of the rules where pyModalTemplate is called is in the pyCaseManager Navigation rule under notifications => actions tab pyModalTemplate is used.
When we use Local Action for click event it takes pzDisplayModalDialog by default.
In both the cases there is an option to use your own ModalDialog template instead of using OOTB templates pyModalTemplate or pzDisplayModalDialog.
